Research, develop and direct educational grant proposals for new and existing CESAME programs. Prepare all budgets, etc., for proposals by affiliated faculty. Develop and manage existing education/industry relationships for the purpose of collaboration on new and existing programs. Supervise support and professional staff. Responsible for all departmental budgets (over $2 million/year) and forecasts, space and programmatic needs.

LeadBoston is a dynamic, results oriented leadership development program that builds awareness of social justice issues and teaches participants to initiate change directly benefiting their organizations and their communities. LeadBoston is designed for senior-level corporate, non-profit and public sector professionals. The program trains leaders from every sphere in understanding and managing business priorities as they relate to issues of inclusion. LeadBoston's goal is to provide participants with the tools to guide their organizations to new ways of thinking about issues of race, class, gender, homophobia and religious tolerance and their impact on the company's bottom line.

Coordinate all public information/public relations' materials. Prepare and write educational proposals associated with CER/CESAME; prepare all budgets, etc., for proposals by affiliated faculty. Review all proposals for contract requirements, patents, copyrights, etc. Conduct semi-annual Industrial and Educational Advisory Board meetings - detailed presentations of all current and proposed projects to corporate and government representatives. Proposal writing and editing. Contract/grant review to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Preparation of analyses of funding trends. Planned and/or conducted proposal writing workshops.
